Crossers (AKA Hug Weave)
Let’s tangle and tango with Crossers! Crossers are a staple weave pattern in fan flow - combining a forwards and backwards weave across the body! We delve into this by first breaking down the weave pattern in each arm. Once this is established and we feel comfortable with each individual movement, we combine both weaves and work through some super helpful timing drills.
